Spooky season is here, and in honor of Halloween, PennStakes.com wanted to find out which cities across the U.S. are the most haunted. Using data from GhostsofAmerica.com, they ranked the top 10 most haunted cities in Indiana based on the number of ghost sightings.

Richmond and Anderson topped the list with 37 sightings each, followed by French Lick with 33 sightings.

Hammond ranked fourth with 31 sightings, while Fort Wayne came in fifth with 29 sightings. Connersville had 26 sightings, and Kokomo reported 25 sightings. Portage, Seymour, and Elkhart all tied for eighth place with 24 sightings each.
