South Bend Police are investigating an attempted carjacking that happened near I.U. South Bend’s campus.

Officers were called shortly after 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, after the victim arrived at the hospital, with non-life-threatening lacerations.

South Bend Police converged in the area near the pedestrian bridge for the investigation.

So far, there’s no word of any suspects or arrests.
