Members of the Elkhart Police and Fire Departments will have a friendly competition ringing bells for The Salvation Army of Elkhart.

It’s set for Friday, Dec. 13, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Walmart Supercenter on County Road 6.

Police & Fire department members will be at both main entrances, ringing bells at the Red Kettle stands to secure donations for The Salvation Army of Elkhart.

The department that raises the most donations will be crowned winner for the year.
