St. Joseph County 911 Communications Center offers ‘Special Needs Form’

There’s a new resource available in St. Joseph County as the 911 Communications Center is offering a  “Special Needs Form” that allows families, guardians and providers to supply information about their loved one or client directly to first responders.
When you call 911 and give the provided address, the information entered on the form will be sent immediately to the responding officers, paramedics, or firefighters, giving them the tools they may need to help loved ones the most effective way possible.
