A Niles man has been sentenced to jail time after a dispute with a neighbor.

27-year-old Kyle Collinsworth pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for an incident that happened last August.

Collinsworth and his friends had reportedly been trying to intimidate a victim in the neighborhood.

Leader Publications says Collinsworth was originally charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, but was sentenced to five months in jail after pleading guilty to aggravated assault.
