Warrants have been issued for Brian and Amy Howard, owners of Howard Salvaging in Bristol, who face charges of corrupt business influence.
The charges, filed last week, include a Level 5 felony.
Authorities began investigating the couple in January 2022 after discovering stolen catalytic converters based on how they were cut from vehicles.
Financial records show the business sold thousands of dollars’ worth of these converters to a Michigan company.
