Concord Mall redevelopment to business park sees progress

(Photo supplied/The Elkhart Truth)
It’s been a little over a year since work began to turn the former Concord Mall in Elkhart into a modern business park.
City leaders report significant progress, with nearly $20 million invested in the project.
The interior has been mostly gutted and redesigned, including the removal of the second floor, to create flexible office and industrial spaces that will attract new businesses.
