A man accused of raping a family member had his jury trial continued last week.

A 9-year-old victim reportedly told school staff in November that Armando Marquez had inappropriately touched her.

The time of the incident was when Marquez was in high school, though he has since graduated.

The victim stated that Marquez had taken pictures of her and that the actions had taken place multiple times.

The Goshen News says Marquez allegedly admitted to the allegations but stated that he stopped because he knew it was wrong. His jury trial was continued to July 7.
