A woman has been charged with a Level 4 felony after a deadly crash.

29-year-old Krystal Gunter was headed south on C.R. 17 when she allegedly failed to yield the right of way to 61-year-old Joseph Klein who was traveling by motorcycle through an intersection.

Klein was pronounced dead, and The Goshen News says Gunter was allegedly under the influence.

She recently had her initial hearing and had her jury trial set for July 7.
