Goshen man arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting police, and marijuana possession

A Goshen man was arrested after a disturbance at Planet Fitness on Peddlers Village Road.
It was around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 1, when officers were called to the gym in response to reports of a man acting erratically inside the gym.
Upon arrival, officers identified Joshua Bagwell, 39, as the individual causing the disturbance.
Bagwell was warned about trespassing and arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, and possession of marijuana.
Following his arrest, Bagwell was transported to the Elkhart County Jail.
