It’s four years for a man found guilty of multiple possession charges.
Richard Schonscheck was arrested for a probation violation warrant on April 1, though while conducting a search during the arrest, burnt marijuana cigarette butts were found in his coat pocket.
He agreed to go with police to call someone to pick up his vehicle, though officers noticed a glass pipe with burnt residue in the center console.
A total of more than 26 grams of meth, several used marijuana cigarettes, over 8 grams of loose marijuana, 32 pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes, over 32 grams of meth and at least half a dozen pipes were found.
He was charged with meth possession, marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession and was sentenced to four years with the IDOC.
