Multiple police units were called to the 700 blocks of Dubail Street and Indiana Avenue in South Bend, on the report of a shooting.
The call came in around 6 p.m. on Friday, April 18.
Two victims were taken to the hospital.
The South Bend Police Violent Crimes Unit is leading his investigation.
