South Bend school board votes to shift middle school start times

The South Bend school board voted to shift middle school start times to 8:30 a.m. next school year, matching the high school schedule.
Elementary and K-8 schools will stick with their 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule.
Rise Up Academy students will attend from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
