Dowagiac Police arrested 22-year-old Jayunte Franklin in connection to the shooting on E. Wayne St. on March 15. Reports say he admitted to firing the weapon.

A warrant was issued for charges of Discharges a weapon from a vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.

No injuries or property damage occured in the incident, but Franklin was taken to the Cass County Jail.
