Alleged South Bend Hell’s Angels president arrested on drug charges

Police have arrested a man they believe to be the president of the South Bend Chapter of the Hell’s Angels, on drug charges.
The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office reports that, on Tuesday, May 13, officers executed a search warrant at a home on the 300 block of South Harris Street in Bourbon.
They found suspected methamphetamine, drug dealing equipment, and paraphernalia.
Norman Tackett, 46, faces multiple felony charges including dealing and possession of meth, and maintaining a common nuisance.
