A man has been sentenced for a drunk driving crash that left multiple people injured.

Cristian Andrade-Palacios was sentenced to six years in prison for the June 2023 drunk driving incident. Reports say he attempted to pass another vehicle, colliding head-on with a Jeep.

The Jeep’s driver suffered severe hand fractures, and an infant in Andrade-Palacios’ car sustained a broken leg.

The Goshen News says his BAC was found to be over twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of causing serious bodily injury while operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
