US Senator Todd Young is urging an end to foreign free-riding.

He led a letter, urging the Trump Administration to use trade negotiations to eliminate foreign pharmaceutical price controls that cause Americans to cover the bulk of the cost.

They want foreign nations to pay their share, and they’re calling on the administration to engage trading partners to remove policies that are distorting the market.

The letter, which was co-signed by 17 other lawmakers, enphasized the need to support American innovation, reduce costs and create fairer global trade practices.

Sen Todd: What a joke! For decades it has been Americans paying double, triple what Europeans pay for American drugs because Europeans have price controls that prevent US price gouging. Please spend our tax money creating US price controls!!!

Please focus on restoring the EPA! Indiana’s air and water quality & pollution are the worst in America! Please direct your attention to giving Hoosiers a better quality of life and health! You folks are leading this country down a slippery road to becoming the 1 state to not to live in!
Indiana does not put Hoosiers health as a top priority! What have you done to rectify this?!?

EPA provides Hoosiers with better air and water quality so we need to strengthen standards not weaken them!
Protecting our resources also improves Hoosiers overall health.
Generic drugs could cost Hoosiers more due to tariffs on the near future so anything you can do to reduce our cost.
