An Elkhart man has been arrested following allegations of improper communication with a minor. The incident was reported by Bikers Versus Predators, who claimed Sabatini engaged in inappropriate conversations with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old girl.

The arrest took place around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, in the 1400 block of Lincolnway East in  Goshen.

Mario Sabatini, 57, is now in custody at the Elkhart County Jail. He faces charges of child solicitation and vicarious sexual gratification. The case remains under investigation.
