The South Bend Police Department is hosting an info night for women interested in a career in law enforcement.

The department’s Women in Policing Info Night & Open House will happen Thursday from 5 until 7 p.m. in the auditorium at the W. Sample Street location.

Attendees can learn about the testing process and how to begin a career in law enforcement while meeting with the current women of the department.

It’s an open-house style event, so attendees can stop in at any point.

The upcoming Summer Prospect Day is on Satuday, August 23, so those looking for more information are encouraged to join the event.
