Two arrested in Goshen on firearms, drug charges

Two Pierceton residents have been arrested after police responded to a report of a man displaying a firearm.
Officers were called to the Kohl’s store in the 3800 block of Midway Road in Goshen just after 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12.
Upon investigation, police arrested Mikayla Lane, 20, on charges of possessing marijuana, a controlled substance, and cocaine.
Brett Smith, 21, was arrested for unlawful carrying of a firearm and possession of marijuana, a controlled substance, and cocaine.
Both were booked into the Elkhart County Jail.
