A man wanted on a warrant with a nationwide extradition held himself up in a home in the 200 block of Broadway Street in Mishawaka.

Police were called just before 10:30, on Thursday, Nov. 6, to help the St. Joseph County Police Department Warrants Division to arrest 33-year-old Anthony Miltenberger on a warrant with nationwide extradition.

Miltenberger barricaded himself in the house.

The Metro County SWAT team was then activated.

The suspect was eventually arrested and, fortunately, nobody was injured.
