An Elkhart man faces two felony charges after an investigation by the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led to his arrest.

According to the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office, investigators received an ICAC tip linking possible child sexual abuse material to an IP address in the city. An Elkhart Police Department officer assigned to the task force reviewed the tip, which included videos showing children believed to be 12 years old or younger.

Police executed a search warrant on November 24 at a home in the 100 block of East Hively Avenue. Officers arrested 21-year-old Zechariah Frick and booked him into the Elkhart County Jail on preliminary charges.

Prosecutors have formally charged Frick with two counts of Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material. A judge set his bond at $25,000 surety, which he has since posted.
