Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita filed a lawsuit against PornHub and roughly 50 other pornographic websites, alleging violations of the state’s age verification law.
Filed December 3 in Marion Superior Court 5, the lawsuit claims the sites allowed children to access explicit content.
Many of the websites are operated by the Aylo conglomerate, which runs PornHub, RedTube, and Brazzers.
The lawsuit highlights that minors are viewing pornography at younger ages, with the average first exposure at 11, and over 72% reporting exposure by age 18.

Using porn as an excuse to strip away anonymity on the internet is a very Big Brother move. I don’t support this law, and Rokita should be protesting the law instead of enforcing it.
