The Indiana Senate has passed a bipartisan bill to ban the sale of hemp-based THC products to anyone under 21 years of age.
Authored by Senator Aaron Freeman, Senate Bill 250 closes the “Farm Bill loophole” that allowed synthetic THC to be sold unregulated.
The measure also requires mandatory I-D checks for all hemp-based purchases.
