$1 million in grants available for local Indiana communities to enhance energy efficiency

The Indiana Office of Energy Development has launched a new $1,000,000 grant program called the Indiana Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant to enhance energy efficiency in local communities.

The program aims to support energy planning, audits, building upgrades, and electric transportation initiatives.

Eligible applicants include local governments in Indiana that did not receive EECBG formula funds from the U.S. Department of Energy.

The deadline for applications is April 5.
