A 34-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges in Marshall County following an investigation into alleged misconduct with a minor.

Court documents say Johnny Clark is charged with two counts of child molesting and two counts of child seduction.

Police say the case began on March 10 after a school resource officer reported concerning Snapchat messages to the Plymouth Police Department.

Investigators say the messages were sexual in nature, and the victim later reported an ongoing relationship.

Clark appeared in court this week and is being held on a $250,000 cash bond, with a pre-trial conference set for April 8.
