Michigan campaign offers cash for reporting pothole damage

(95.3 MNC)
A new Michigan campaign is offering drivers cash for reporting pothole damage.
“Fix MI State” will launch in June, awarding up to $800 each month to five drivers who submit impactful reports about potholes.
Participants can submit photos of damage and repair receipts through the campaign website. Organizers say the goal is to give drivers a voice and raise awareness about road conditions.
Submitted materials may also be used in campaign promotions by the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association.
