Indiana Congressman Rudy Yakym is leading a bipartisan push to modernize kidney care for Medicare patients.
The ‘KIDNEY Remote Monitoring Act’ aims to expand coverage for home dialysis patients, allowing doctors to monitor them digitally from their own homes.
Yakym says the bill will remove bureaucratic barriers and ensure patients with end-stage renal disease receive the same high-tech care as those with other chronic conditions.
