The South Bend Cubs will recognize teachers as the school year comes to a close.

Teacher Appreciation Night is set for Wednesday, June 10. All teachers and administrators can receive two complimentary tickets.

Gates open at 6 p.m., with first pitch at 7:05 and fireworks after the game.

Tickets must be claimed at the Four Winds Field box office with a school ID. The first 400 tickets will also include a free hot dog and soda.

Team President Joe Hart says the event is a small thank-you for educators’ daily impact on students and the community.
