Mayor James Mueller has announced leadership changes in his administration.

Current Chief of Staff Darryl Scott will become Executive Director of Community Investment, and City Councilmember Troy Warner will take over as Chief of Staff.

Officials say both will help advance public safety and city development efforts.​
