One juvenile is dead, and two others are injured following a shooting in Pine Township.

Police say officers were called just before 11 p.m. Saturday to the 1700 block of Liberty Avenue for a reported disturbance. Investigators say the incident escalated into a battery involving gunfire.

Authorities say a juvenile was killed in the shooting. Another juvenile and an 18-year-old girl were hurt. Their conditions have not been released.

Investigators believe the shooting was an isolated incident, and they say there is no ongoing threat to the public.
