The second annual Battle of the Bands takes place Saturday, June 20, at VFW Post 985 in Goshen.

Defending champion Worth the Cover Charge will face Sierra Shame and Graffiti Black in a high-energy rock competition, with the audience deciding the winner through voting. Doors open at 5 p.m., music starts at 6:45, and admission is $20.

The event raises awareness about veteran suicide prevention and supports programs that help veterans stay connected and mentally strong while enjoying a night of live music.
