Police have made an arrest after a man shot at a vehicle with six people inside on the 4th of July.
It happened on Stephenson Street in Cass County’s Howard Township, and none of the 4 children or two adults in the vehicle were injured.
33 year-old William Werner of Cassopolis is in jail on a one million-dollar bond.
Deputies arrested Werner after they say he crashed into a utility pole and assaulted a woman after getting out of the vehicle.
