A podcast from 95.3 MNC has been named a finalist for one of the radio industry’s top honors.

“Flying Through Fog,” a podcast focusing on PANS/PANDAS and the families affected by the neuroimmune conditions, is a finalist for a 2026 NAB Marconi Radio Award in the Best Radio Podcast of the Year category.

The National Association of Broadcasters notified 95.3 MNC of the honor, calling the finalist designation a significant accomplishment that reflects the work of the station and its team.

Hosted by Krystal Vivian and Lindsey Forsythe, and produced and mixed by Tommie Lee, “Flying Through Fog” focuses on the challenges families face when infections or other factors trigger autoimmune responses that attack a child’s brain. The podcast seeks to bring greater understanding to PANS/PANDAS through personal stories, expert interviews and practical guidance.

Episodes feature families sharing their experiences, medical professionals discussing the science and treatment of the conditions, and advocates working to improve awareness and access to care. Topics include symptoms, treatment options, insurance coverage, school accommodations and the impact PANS/PANDAS can have on entire families.

The podcast is designed both for families searching for answers and medical professionals seeking more information about the conditions.
