Authorities have finished investigating the death of a 75-year-old woman following a confrontation at a Fort Wayne Tim Hortons.
The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office says no charges will be filed in the case involving Anita Grayson.
Police say Grayson went into the restaurant May 13 to speak with employees about a drive-through order.
According to investigators, the disagreement turned physical involving Grayson and two employees.
Grayson was later found unresponsive on the restaurant floor and died.
The Allen County Coroner determined that Grayson died from congestive heart failure.
Based on the investigation, prosecutors say criminal charges are not warranted.
