A Buchanan man is returning to prison after pleading guilty in separate arson and stalking cases.
The Herald-Palladium reports 34-year-old Michael House pleaded guilty to arson as a habitual offender.
He received a prison sentence ranging from 13 months to 10 years for a February fire at the West Winds Apartments.
House was also ordered to pay nearly 11-hundred dollars in restitution.
In a separate stalking case, House received credit for 237 days already served. The new sentence will run consecutively to any penalty imposed for an alleged parole violation.
