A man faces felony charges after leading police on a chase that ended in a crash near Michigan City.
Police say Cody Withrow of Indianapolis was speeding and making unsafe lane changes near U.S. 421 and County Road 400 North on Suday night, Oct. 18.
When an officer tried to pull him over, he drove onto I-94, returned to U.S. 421, then re-entered the interstate heading west.
