A Notre Dame graduate has been nominated by President Trump to serve as a federal judge in northern Indiana.
Joseph Falvey is the president’s choice for a seat on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, which includes South Bend, Fort Wayne and Hammond.
Falvey is also a Marine Corps veteran. His father was nominated by Trump to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in 2018.
Falvey’s nomination must be reviewed and confirmed by the U.S. Senate before he can take the bench.

Great, we all was how the other Federal Judge with ties to Notre Dame turned out. ACB is a disaster!

Here’s to hoping that Falvey isn’t cut from the same cloth.
