The South Shore Line will offer free train rides to active military personnel and veterans from November 7 through November 11 in honor of Veterans Day.

Riders won’t need to show identification, but should notify train personnel of their military service.

Up to three children 13 and younger may also ride free with each veteran on eligible trains.
