Even though nobody in Indiana will get a share of the record $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot from Wednesday night’s drawing, some Hoosiers still won big.
Fifteen tickets sold in Indiana — including two in South Bend — matched four of the first five numbers in the drawing and are worth $50,000 each, according to Hoosier Lottery. Another two were sold in Fort Wayne, and one each were sold in Hobart, Jasper, Indianapolis, Batesville, Seymour, Lapel, Corydon, Madison, Jasper, Richmond, Danville and Terre Haute.

Speaking of Terre Haute, a ticket worth $1 million for matching all five of the first numbers but not the Powerball number was sold there.
Two tickets sold in West Lafayette and Zionsville are worth $100,000 because they matched four of the first five numbers and the Powerball number, and they also included the Power Play.
Winning ticket holders should sign the back of their tickets and contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 to redeem their prize.
