Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle’s charity foundation he established to help stop childhood obesity never issued a single grant to schools, despite Fogle’s promises.

The Jared Foundation was founded in 2004 and Fogle promised to give $2 million to schools and community organizations, but the foundation never gave a single dollar, according to USA Today.

The foundation spent about $73,000 a year on average from 2009 to 2013, with sixty percent going to the salary of the executive director, 43-year-old Russell Taylor, USA Today reported. Taylor was arrested in April and charged in May with federal child porn charges. He is accused of using hidden cameras in bedrooms and bathrooms to film and photograph children in his home.

The Jared Foundation’s grant program was supposed to begin in 2008 and the foundation was required to pay an annual $5 registration fee. The fee was never paid and the Indiana Secretary of State dissolved the foundation while the federal IRS still recognized it.
