South Bend Division Chief Scott Ruszkowski spoke with Mark McGill on Michiana’s Morning News about Wednesday night’s police chase that started in South Bend.

Ruszkowski joined the chase near Notre Dame and followed the suspect onto the Indiana Toll Road — and his EZ pass got charged for the suspect going through the toll booth without getting a ticket.
