Three brothers stand accused of separately molesting the same young girl in Elkhart County.

The victim claimed in 2008 that she had been molested by Jose Garcia sometime in the two previous years.

He was found guilty and sentenced to 15 years. In late 2013 or early 2014 she also contacted the police to add Jose’s brothers Pedro and Manuel to the complaint.

She claimed she was afraid to report the abuse by the other two brothers when she reported on Jose.

Pedro and Manuel are alleged to have touched her inappropriately in an Elkhart apartment, with Pedro forcing her to perform a specific sex act with him.

Manuel could face a 16-year sentence, and Pedro faces 40 to 100 years in prison.
