Jeep reported stolen from building north of Elkhart

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Jeep that was stolen with automobile accessories, parts and tools in Elkhart County.

The burglary happened on or sometime around April 10 in the 25000 block of Forest Hill Avenue, near C.R. 6 and C.R. 9 in Elkhart, according to a news release from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department.

A green 1982 Jeep CJ7 was stolen after the suspect or suspects forced their way into a building.
