Man shot in arm on the south side of South Bend

A man was hospitalized in South Bend after he was shot in the arm.

It happened around 5 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, in the 100 block of East Eckman, near South Michigan Street.

Officers with the South Bend Police Department said the victim suffered a non life-threatening injury, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC-57 News.
