Pet of the Week: Scarlett is a gentle sweetheart looking for a forever home

Looking for a new furry four-legged friend? The Humane Society of St. Joseph County has several dogs, cats, birds and other animals looking for a forever home.

This week’s 95.3 MNC Pet of the Week is Scarlett, a 3-year-old spayed terrier mix. Here’s more about her:

Aren’t I just so dog-gone cute?! I know I may seem very shy and nervous, but I’m a very sweet girl looking for the perfect furrever home! I was found stray but I’m sure I would be much happier in a warm home with someone to love me. If you give me a chance to show you how gentle I am, I’m sure I can convince you to make me part of your family. I would prefer to be in a home with kids 5 and up! Ask an attendant to take me into a playroom today so we can get to know each other a little better.
