Mishawaka man dies after serious crash in Cass County on Thursday

A Mishawaka man died after he was involved in a serious crash in Cass County, Mich., Thursday afternoon, May 28.

Dustin Luse, 20, Mishawaka, was airlifted to Memorial Hospital of South Bend after his vehicle collided with a semi on Cassopolis Road near Bulhand Road in Calvin Township at about 1:53 p.m. Thursday, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

Luse died Friday, May 29, at Memorial Hospital.

The driver of the semi, a 40-year-old Wyoming man, was not injured. The crash is under investigation.
