Suspect police believe is behind an armed robbery in South Bend has been arrested

A man is under arrest in South Bend who police suspect is behind an armed robbery.

Officers were called to the area of Dubail and Fellows Streets around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to South Bend Police Department Division Chief Scott Ruszkowski.

Shortly afterward, officers were able to identify and locate the adult male suspect, and vehicle involved in the crime.

A search warrant was executed at the suspect’s location. Evidence directly linked to the armed robbery was recovered, including a vehicle, according to Ruszkowski.

The suspect has been identified as Tyrone Miller, 29.

There is no report any injuries from the robbery.
