New Twitter account automatically posts lost and found pets reported in South Bend

South Bend Animal Care and Control is now using social media to help reconnect pet owners with their lost pets.

On Tuesday, July 21, the agency has launched a new Twitter account that allows the public to post lost and found information, according to a post on their Facebook page.

Every time a person submits a lost or found report with South Bend Animal Care and Control, a tweet is automatically sent out.

The account has posted 13 tweets as of 11:12 a.m. Thursday, July 23.
