Deadly Osceola shooting suspect, two others arrested, fourth person still sought by police

Three people were arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in Osceola Tuesday night, Sept. 15, and police are still searching for a fourth person.

Terral Golden, 26, was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder, according to 95.3 MNC’s news partners ABC 57. Police believe Golden is the suspect who fired the shots that killed 49-year-old Arles Slaven of Elkhart.

Golden also is wanted on outstanding warrants in California.

Steven “Charlie” Flaim, 19, was arrested Wednesday night, Sept. 16, on unrelated drug charges, according to WNDU. Flaim lived at the home and was the son of the homeowner.

An unidentified third person is also in custody, according to WNDU.

Police are still searching for Deonte Stutzman in connection to the shooting.

Investigators believe the four men were together when they left the home in the 10000 block of Douglas Road on Tuesday night after Slaven was shot to death. Several other witnesses may also have been in the home.
